“Fan Principle” keynote speech to kick off the “super election year”
Yesterday, I was a guest at the Styrian Economic Association. To kick off the super election year for business associations, I had the opportunity to give my keynote speech on the “Fan Principle: How to turn your customers into fans.”
Stylish ambiance at Seggau Castle
At Seggau Castle, a castle complex near Leibnitz that is used as a conference center, you can almost forget that you came here to work. The castle is situated on a wooded hill in beautiful surroundings and offers a breathtaking view of southern Styria.
Intensive conference
However, the view of the landscape was not the focus of the Economic Association conference, but rather the outlook for the upcoming election year. In just under a year, the Chamber of Commerce elections will take place, in which some of the conference participants will also be running as candidates.
The keynote speech: Inspiring customers is no different from inspiring voters
The parallels between fans, customers, and voters are obvious. In my keynote speech, I was able to give conference participants tips on how they themselves can bring enthusiasm to the election campaign. Riding the wave of their own enthusiasm, they can then convince and motivate potential voters to cast their votes.
Many thanks to the Styrian Economic Association
I would like to thank the Styrian Economic Association for its invitation. I was delighted to see that my keynote speech was well received and led to a lively exchange. Celina Dohr, who was responsible for the event, said: “Ronny really managed to make motivation tangible for everyone.” I am delighted to have had the opportunity to share my knowledge in this environment and wish everyone all the best for the upcoming super election year!
