Keynote at Allianz ESA

Yesterday was that day again. I had the honor of giving another keynote at Allianz ESA. I have really grown fond of the Allianz family through our many joint events. Yesterday, I was a guest at Allianz ESA, the Allianz subsidiary that handles technical insurance as well as transport and shipping insurance.

Annual conference in Stuttgart

Allianz ESA had invited to its annual conference in Stuttgart. 130 employees came to find out about the past year and to set their sights on the future. The motto of the annual conference was “With a strong team through the change of  time”.

One-hour keynote

A strong team is what I emphasize in many of my speeches. I was invited to give the keynote address “The Stadium Principle: Winning Together” at the conference. During the hour I had at my disposal, I addressed four key points:

• Winning together – creating a sense of unity
• Dealing with change in times of transition
• Creating magic moments – for customers and employees
• Going the extra mile

It’s a pleasure to see old friends again
